“基本的に料理やお風呂は全く問題ないし。 ただ、予約したのが最上階の部屋だったのに4階に通された。 こちらも予約を改めて確認してなかったので、最上階で予約したのを忘れていたけど、帰りのチェックアウト前に改めて予約を確認した時に気づきました。 謝罪とちょっとしたお菓子だけで、部屋代の差額分の返却などは無く、対応には大変不満が残りました。”
